Shipping policy

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times:

Delivery times are estimated from the date of shipment, not from the date of order.

Shipping Rates:

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as the shipping method selected. You can view the shipping charges for your order at checkout before completing your purchase.

Order Tracking:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and location of your shipment.

Shipping Restrictions:

  • International Shipping: We currently ship to the United States of America and United Kingdom only.

Lost or Damaged Packages:

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team at store@sootiva.com within 7 days of the delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.

Changes to Shipping Address:

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at store@sootiva.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once the order has been placed and/or processed.
